Instructions:

– Any damage to products, packaging, or equipment should be reported immediately to the warehouse supervisor. Failure to report damages may result in liability for the driver or carrier company.
– Drivers must arrive at their scheduled time slot for loading/unloading. Early arrivals may have to wait until their designated time, and late arrivals will be subject to the waiting list policy.
– Upon arrival, drivers must review and comply with the company’s regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) before entering the warehouse area. These instructions will be visible at the entrance door.
– Drivers are required to sign in on the visitors’ log upon entry and sign out before leaving the premises.
– Wheel chocks must be used at all times when the truck is parked at the dock for loading or unloading to ensure safety.
– Drivers are not permitted to enter the trailer during loading or unloading unless explicitly requested by warehouse staff.
